Hello! Hi there im needing some help, & hoping i can find what im searching for. I need a private landlord who has a studio, efficency or a 1Br. place for rent. Id like to keep it around 1000 or less a mo. i have an excellent credit score however i can not prove my income so I'm having trouble finding someone willing to rent to me. I had hoped someone who frequents this site would be more understanding being that they would know i make enough money to cover a 1000 for rent. hell i pay about 3000 now for a hotel. I am not looking for somewhere to stay( with anyone) And i am not also looking for for a trade of services for rent. just a reg normal rental situation. in a safe and cute little spot;old lou, south, downtown maybe🤷🏼 if you can help lmk!!!
